At Fayette Family Wellness, we offer family and individual wellness plans. Being proactive to reach wellness and then maintain it is our goal. Many of our patients come to us pain free so that they can stay that way. Our patients are Athletes, runners, golfers, tennis players, that want to do those things to the best of their ability. Wellness exams help them achieve that outcome.
